Extremely friendly staff
This company has absolutely zero communications skills. After moving and setting up i recived no documents no call back no nothing. Theyoffer very little in the form of technology and have very very poor customer service. After closing my account and going with a company with significantly better communication I never recived a bill for the tank pickup (which apparently had been going to my junk folder).
