New customers, tanks supposed to be auto re-filled at 20%, we almost ran before they showed up, and they didn't even fill us. Getting the first fill was difficult, as it took 3 separate calls just to get a ticket put in, when they didn't show by 15%. They are also 20c/l more than surrounding competition, and do not offer equal billing. We decided to go with P38, who had us installed and filled within 48 hours of being called.
I called on a Friday, said I was near out of oil, was told I will get a fill up Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around, I call to verify and they didnt even have it booked, and said I would get a delivery. Its now Wednesday and my gage on my tank still says ZERO. Im not impressed. **edit** the company reached out and rectified my issue. Do not hesitate to contact them if you have any issues. I am now impressed. Thankbyou
