My communication with Mark Norris was fantastic—he was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. Unfortunately, the experience with the installer was the complete opposite. The person sent out to install the tanks seemed unprepared and unmotivated. He mentioned that a large amount of gravel was needed but didn’t bring any materials and never followed up as promised to provide a solution. We’re new customers to MacEwen. Mark Norris has been excellent throughout, including when we switched the home we purchased from oil to propane. He did a site visit and arranged for the installation of two new propane tanks, as well as a credit for the remaining oil. Certainly recommend MacEwen!

3 weeks ago I called to get a fill up.... 5 day's go by nothing. I call tuesday they say Friday for sure. Friday.... Nothing... Is there something wrong?

Over a month ago I called to have the tanks removed. First call I was told I would receive a call shortly and be advised when they would attend. 2 weeks later, nothing. On my second call I was told on Nov 3rd or 4th. A week after those dates passed I called a third time, on Nov 10th I was told it would be Nov 11th. This morning, Nov 13th, the tanks remained in my yard. A credit card charge of $139 was just applied??? What?? The worst in customer service and reliability.

I cancelled my service over a year and a half ago.because they would not deliver propane to my location - but they keep sending me bills. I have called in twice to correct this already and they have said they would fix it and get back to me. Received a bill with interest on it today.
