I cancelled my service over a year and a half ago.because they would not deliver propane to my location - but they keep sending me bills. I have called in twice to correct this already and they have said they would fix it and get back to me. Received a bill with interest on it today.
Just moved to the county and we have asked them to come at 4o to 35 they said they will deliver when they have a truck in our area they are very expensive almost 600.00 bills each time they decide to fill our tanks you would think they would treat customers better along have seen there truck on my road and it wasn't for me so tell me why you make customers wait very disappointed
I’m a cottage owner, lots of other propane companies drove by my cottage to serve other people but MacEwen said the road was not sanded and couldn’t drive down it. I almost ran out of propane after three weeks of trying to get them there so I called Casey’s propane, and they were there the very next day (road was not a problem at all)to change out my tanks very professional Company. Update 5 days later still no follow up phone with manager as requested!
