I went through the car wash, and my vehicle was still dirty afterward. My wife went inside to ask if someone could come out and look at the poor job it did. The staff member at the counter refused to offer a refund or even a re-wash. He was dismissive and spoke to her in a rude and disrespectful manner. We were very disappointed with both the service and the way she was treated. Maybe Rajeev talks like that at home but should be held to higher standards here.
Absolutely terrible experience, Rajeev needs a new job. I went through their car wash and it did a lousy job — tons of spots were missed, and my car looked barely touched. When I politely asked the cashier for a rewash, he became sexist, rude, and belligerent. He refused to even step outside to look at the missed areas and spoke to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about — clearly because I’m a woman.
