Used their car was with my f150. Car wash didn’t properly sense my truck and smashed the sprayer into my truck multiple times scratching my paint. Worst car wash ever.
I recently took my Lincoln through this carwash and the blowers blew the 3rd (upper) brake light cover off. I know things like this can happen in any carwash. The problem is with the customer service. When I told them inside the business what had happened, they simply said, "Not my fault, nothing I can do." I only requested that they stop the carwash so I, or they, could retrieve the part. The attendant said they could look at midnight when they clean up the carwash.
