Deplorable
This new CEO is disgusting so ungrateful. Kicking out all the long term tenants from all macerich malls. Throwing our dreams in the gutter for no reason. I had my business for 10 years In the Modesto mall I paid my rent was an ideal tenant. This company is DISGUSTING. They do not care about their tenants at all. And you let the unprofessional mall management get away with their vile behavior. Terrible company. You don't deserve any tenants at all.
Was this the place that thought turning The Gallery into the Fashion District was a good idea — just to attract “fancy” people and push away “low-income” folks? Now the place sucks. Most of the stores are empty, there have been vacant spots for years, and the food court is terrible.
The vintage faire mall management IS HORRIBLE! They treat their 10 years long term tenants like TRASH they have no respect, none! Kelly and Monica kicking out long term tenants and u let them !!! You don't care at all about us or any other tenants. Your heartless rude unprofessional. TERRIBLE COMPANY . YOU DO NOT DESERVE ANY TENANTS AT ALL. SHAME ON YOU!!
