Octopus in appetizer was rubber although rapini and beans delicious. My partners Braciole was tough and almost inedible. My cavateppi had so much cheese on top, all of it hardened. At least mine was hot ; my dates was cold and flavorless. Forgot to mention that we had to ask the servers helper to clear the appetizer plates as he was wandering past our table repeatedly. Unfollow we had to ask him twice as he didn’t clear everything the first time. This was not an experience wish to repeat.

If you haven’t been to Macello yet, you’re seriously missing out. This little hidden gem is SO good. The restaurant itself is so warm and inviting inside, and they also have a nice patio if you’re into that, too. We went a little before dinner time and got seated right away, but you can make a reservation too just to be safe!
