Owner is unprofessional
They made a delivered a beautiful bouquet. Since the delivery was just down the road, they charged a minimal fee, even though they had to deal with entering a gated community. Promised to make the delivery happen even if multiple trips were required.
I placed an order for a floral arrangement around lunch today, for same day delivery, not only were they able to accommodate my short notice, but given a few requests of what I wanted, they created a beautiful arrangement that exceeded my expectations!
