My car broke down near Kyneton and RACV towed to their depot. I got in touch with Jake and he was really helpful in getting my car towed from the depot to his scrapyard for free of charge. Since I still had rego he even tried visiting the Vicroads centre to return my plates. Whilst vicroads didn't accept the plates I still really appreciated that Jake and his team went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible.
