My history of dislocating hips and now arthritis had a huge impact on my mobility and confidence in my body to get me around safely. Meagan is just a divine human being. Not only is she a super helpful and responsive business owner, she is a bloody good aqua aerobics instructor. I have needs that need to be accommodated for within the class and she was really understanding and gave great advice on how to lower the impact to ensure my safety. We are so lucky to have this service in the Macedon Ranges.
I have never felt more comfortable in a bathing suit doing exercise. Amazing class, amazing instructor and more fun than I could ever imagine! It's a must try!

Meagan introduced herself with a welcoming smile which did not leave for the whole session. My body got the best workout it has in quite some time. You can work at your own pace and there is no pressure to go full throttle. Meagan shows you different ways to do the exercises which helped this newbie! Aqua Aerobics strength and cardiovascular was so much fun!
