Would not recommend inquiring with this company especially their Williamstown office. the person we spoke their was extremely rude and quite dismissive or our inquiry. I would not recommend anyone attending this office anyway.
Poor communication. Sent details regarding my job/repair. No response. When I called them back they told me" they only do full replacement and not repair"....
I contacted Macedon Fencing last week urgently needing some temporary pool fencing. Storm was quick to help and organized delivery/installation for the same day while being very friendly and actually showing personality unlike many other people nowadays who act and speak like robots. The same applies to Jaff who installed the panels and he kept me updated at all times. Very refreshing experience, both of them deserve a raise!!!
Tony did an incredible job fixing a poorly made aluminium slat fence and gate. His attention to detail and care taken to address every single issue - more than was initially thought - went above and beyond what we could expect. He stayed well into darkness finishing the job and cleaned up after himself fully before leaving. Cannot rate him highly enough, an absolute legend thank you so much!!
