The quality of their work is sub-par, and their communication with the customer is non existent. They were not capable of asking us about how to properly refinish a roof, and made a poor decision not to even call us regarding something that even a child would be able to understand. I am beyond pleased with the front end work that they did, prompt and fantastic customer service. The body work they did made it look like it came out of a new care showroom.
The guys from Macedon Collision were extremely helpful when I hit a deer on the way to work. I was able to have my car towed to them with some pretty extensive damage. I had the car back in beautiful condition within a week and a half, but the heat didn’t work. I work out in Henrietta, and they sent someone right away from Macedon to my work in Henrietta, and fixed it right in the work parking lot! Last week a deer ran into the side of my car and did more than $3500 in damage (based on the claim adjuster pricing). Macedon Collision couldn't have made the process any easier. I started the claim on a Thursday, by Monday by car was in the shop getting repaired, and by Friday my car was home CLEANER than when I sent it in. I felt like I was driving a brand new car!
