Excellent customer service, would highly recommend!
We asked MACE to wire up additional contact sensors to an existing DSC alarm system during a major remodel to our house. During the remodel, we did not live in our house. Shortly after they did the work, we visited the site, and discovered that they had completely ripped out the existing alarm panel (which was not necessary at all for the scope of work we requested). Horrible service. Absolutely rude answering service. They have allowed our HOA fire alarm to go off for 7+hours. “A technician is on his way” for about 5 hours so must be coming from San Diego. It is extra-awful as my children can’t sleep through the night with this sound.
