Apparently I need to see the doctor to get a refill for my seizure medication. So they want a person who has seizures to drive a vehicle for one. Second why do I need to keep seeing a doctor for a medication that I've been on for almost a year now. It's a gimmick for charging my insurance and I will be changing my primary. Also when my mother was diagnosed with cancer two years ago they said she had to wait 3 WEEKS to see anyone. I raised hell and they got her in next day. Simple prescription refill. 3 times pharmacist requested a refill with no response of any kind. I called the office and they said I have to make an appointment for a refill. NOT even the courtesy of calling the patient to say that….just not responding to pharmacy for refill requests. It wasn’t any kind of pain killer or anything that is used for people to get high on. I’m looking for another doctor….one with the courtesy and professionalism to call their patients.
I have been going to this clinic for over a year and it was ok at first. Now that I need authorization on an inhaler nobody has done anything to get thos issue resolved. It’s been almost a week no authorization has been taken care of, Asthma can kill me and it’s just brushed off like it’s not important. Definitely leaving this clinic because medical prescriptions aren’t important and playing with my life is.
