I am writing this review because my interactions with three individuals at this facility were extremely concerning and ultimately distressing. I initially visited this office due to chest pain and an elevated resting heart rate (approximately 110 bpm while seated). I unfortunately have to write this poor review after years of great service with this office. I have been seeing Dr. Pintauro for years and have always been treated well! However, it appears there have been staff changes or some sort of other changes that I simply can't accept. I do not say this lightly as I am a small business owner and run a law office. This medical facility was top tier, they were extremely helpful when my nephew got sick he’s never felt better, everyone was extremely kind and respectful would recommend 10/10.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. May Yu and, unfortunately, I left feeling quite disappointed. This was my first time seeing her, and based on my experience, I do not feel she met the standards of care I expect from a healthcare professional. Firstly, the appointment felt rushed.
