We've had a ducted Moovair heat pump installed by MacDow. We are very happy both with the service and with the product.
Another great service response by Marc Hoskins who expertly mans the MacDow front desk and client phone inquiries. I was looking for advice on how to find a replacement hand control for my heat pumps thinking he would tell me where to go. What happened? In 36-hours Marc had located the devices and arranged for my same day pickup. Incredible service and support! As always! Thanks Marc and MacDow!
Zach and team did an excellent job on installing the heatpump, hot water heater and electrical panel/upgrade. Any questions I had after the fact were answered extremely quickly and I was always satisfied with the response. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their house upgrades done!
