Extremely rude person answering the phone who obviously is not interested in acquiring new customers.
My 87-year-old Mom ran out of oil for her furnace on Family Day 2025. Jamie, the MacDonnell delivery driver, was amazing. He called directly to keep us updated and got her the oil she needed within a few hours. He backed down our farm driveway through blowing snow and pushed through a thigh-high snow drift to fill the tank. He’s a great guy and a real credit to the company.
Never bothered to follow up with us after inquiring twice for new service. I guess they are fortunate enough to have enough business. Good for them.
I recently asked MacDonnell fuel to be our propane home fuel provider. Their service was prompt, friendly, and informative. The installation was complete 3 days after my initial call and a special thank you to Jason for fitting us in to his busy schedule. For those if us in rural areas, our supply of home heating fuel is essential and stressful when we are uncertain if it will arrive on time.
