This pharmacy and every staff member absolutely deserve a 5-star rating. I forgot the name of the younger, blonde pharmacist who helped me with my prescription on Saturday. She went so far above and beyond for me and took extra steps to help ensure I received my prescription in a timely manner. She was so thorough, professional, educated and informative that it actually made me a bit emotional. Genuinely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Every single time I call for a refill (every 3 months) without fail they are beyond rude over the phone. I call in advance 5-7 days before I need a refill and every single time it’s an issue or it isn’t ready. Then when you tell them you ordered it a week ago they get even more rude :) Thankfully I’m moving and will never have to use this pharmacy again. I truly couldn’t recommend it less.
It takes them a week to fill your prescription. After the doctor faxed it over I called every couple days to follow up. Since I am not a regular here they also asked to put a credit card on file "in case of no show." Like if I'm calling to ask when it's gonna be ready why would I be a no show? And also when I finally came to pickup the girl behind the counter basically tries to turn me away saying "we're closed." Specifically told what is needed and confirmed to the pharmacist before ordering. Product arrived wrong and was told that I was given all the necessary information yet the most important “word” that is the total opposite of NOT TO GET is not mentioned and insisted that I was told about it. OMG!!! “The product is non refundable”
Family business, been around forever. Highly recommended. Good vibe, everything you need, they do delivery also.
