Specifically told what is needed and confirmed to the pharmacist before ordering. Product arrived wrong and was told that I was given all the necessary information yet the most important “word” that is the total opposite of NOT TO GET is not mentioned and insisted that I was told about it. OMG!!! “The product is non refundable”
Family business, been around forever. Highly recommended. Good vibe, everything you need, they do delivery also.
I called this pharmacy ahead of time to ask if they had a specific item in stock. The staff member told me they had three left. I explained that I was coming from West Vancouver and would be heading there immediately to pick it up. She acknowledged this.When I arrived about 30 minutes later, I was told they didn’t have it in stock.
