DO NOT GO HERE – TERRIBLE SERVICE! I took my car in for a chugging issue during acceleration. They claimed they fixed it, but the problem came back halfway home. I brought it back again, and this time they did fix the chugging — but when I picked it up, the engine made a loud noise and the steering wheel was shaking constantly. I have had repairs done on two occasions and have had the greatest service each time. Office staff are very professional and understand my needs and quickly resolve them. Have had many vehicles repaired at various locations and this is the best and consistent experience. Highly recommend Macdonalds regardless of what type of vehicle you might own.
I brought my car here for what I suspected was transmission issues. MacDonald recommended that I bring my vehicle to Mister Transmission after correctly diagnosing it would need to be replaced. I appreciated their time and kindness in this and will be back in the future for other automotive needs.

I have taken multiple vehicles here for service/repairs with varying levels of satisfaction, on one of the last occasions McDonalds techs said they couldn't find the issue, so I had to take it elsewhere to pay again for another shop to find the issue and then have it repaired, so I stopped going to McDonalds for service or repairs. my new shop is amazing but doesn't do exhaust and said McDonalds was very good at exhaust installs, reluctantly I brought my truck in to have new mufflers and exhaust routed out the back.
