I have been going to Dr Macdonald for at least 8 years with no issues. I received a letter in the mail today that as of a date in February they will no longer be my primary caregiver. Was the reason because I was nasty to employees, or failed to pay? NO, it was because I wouldn't go visit a urologist because he wanted me to and he would never tell me WHY he wanted me to. If giving 0 stars were an option I would give 0. This is the second time I have come to this facility and had it be a complete waist of time. Called prior to the visit and had been told the prescriber would be able to help with our problems. To be completely mislead, came in and paid almost $100 both times for the prescriber to tell me they are unable to help because they are not specialized and “don’t know” how to test for the issues we were having. This doctor is a complete waste of time. All he wants from you is money and for you to keep coming back. Went in for something I’ve been dealing with for weeks and he told me to monitor it for 3 days and he would call me to check on me as if it would magically go away. Shockingly it didn’t, and when I asked them what he thought the next step was, the answer I got was, “I’m not sure I can ask”. I then asked what kind of doctor would handle the issue I came in for, and all I got was, “you can look it up”. Complete joke. Waste ... read more
Probably the best Dr visit I’ve experienced which means a lot considering this was a spur of the moment urgent care visit. All of the staff were beyond nice. He made me feel understood and listened to the symptoms I was experiencing. Definitely an amazing physician to see.
