I used Carol to buy my first condo and she took care of all the details. When selling I thought I would try to save money and use 1% realty but the realtor wanted me to under value my place for a quick sale. That was disappointing to have a realtor that didn't value his clients needs. I then went back to my local specialist, Carol. She sold in 1 week what the other guy couldn't do in a month. Carol sold our last house for us and then helped us with the purchase of a Condo. Her emphasis on due dilegence was invaluable and so we know we got the best property at the best price. As sellers we found her knowledge and professionalism to be second to none.
