Had a bad review before. Customer service is way better! The person I talked to the last few times service center was great. A little razzle dazzle when talking to someone goes a long way. If they keep this up I will for sure stay with Kia for life.... as long as the car doesnt blow up haha. I won't give a five star since I had to ask the front desk if they had any sales reps in today when I purchased it.
Very bad and unprofessional after sales customer service. They treat you like king until the delivery of the car but once uour cash is in their pocket, they don’t care about customers.
