Macdonald auto group is horrible to deal with. Just don't do it to yourself.
I know all car dealers are pretty bad ... but Ive tried for a week now to get my car into to be serviced. When calling I get transfered to an extension that has a full mail box or it just rings until it disconnects. When I bring the car in for an oil change its a whole day event so I have to book off work. Since ive had the car it prompts me that I need an oil change every single time I turn it on( No.. its not an easy fix. Going in and reseting the oil change alert does nothing. Review for Shawn (Service Manager) and Team – Kia Dealership I had an excellent experience with Shawn and the service team at the Kia dealership. My 2014 Kia Soul had a brake issue related to a recall, and I called early in the morning requesting urgent attention.
