I recently purchased a vehicle at McDonald Kia for my daughter. We dealt with Nicole Jeffrey who made our purchase a pleasant experience from start to finish. I dealt with Nicole and she was AMAZING! We purchased a car for our daughter attending school in Sydney before we left BC and the process was so smooth. She had everything in place when we arrived at the dealership and we were in and out in less than an hour. Nicole was wonderful to deal with as was the rest of the staff. Recently traded in my 23 Forte for a 27 Seltos and had the best experience possible. If you're looking to purchase a vehicle at MacDonald Kia, ask for Nicole to be your Advisor!! Such a down to earth girl that's so easy to get along with. Also had the pleasure with dealing with Kyle in finance; a super down to earth and genuine guy. Loved how patient he was. Just got home with my new 2027 Kia Seltos! Nicole was Terrific! I was hoping for a certain color seltos but since it was next to impossible to get one anywhere in NS, She was honest with me and very helpful in helping me choose, also taking the time to look to other dealerships to find the one one I wanted. I am very happy with all the attention to detail and support Nicole and the Kia staff showed us.
