Receptionist is disorganized and mixes patients up, doctor has terrible bedside manner, tries to rush you through your appointment as quickly and abruptly as possible, doesn't call you back with test results ( your have to call him and just guess when results are ready), making appointments is difficult because the phone is rarely answered and the doors are sometimes locked, even during normal operating hours.
