I hired Jane Yao and her team on Dec 9th to find a tenant for my Coquitlam condo, with the hope that the unit can be rented beginning of Jan 2025. From the beginning of the service, the team would not disclose where they advertised the unit, and they had only one showing by the end of December. Worst rental experience of my life! They were terrible at keeping up with posting of bills, even though we requested them several times. We started having issues with the other tenant in the house that the property manager was unable to resolve after 3 months. We ended up moving out and having to cover rent in 2 places for a month, after only 16 months living there. One of the worst team of managers I have ever delt with in my life. and out of control spending. There communication is absolutely atrocious. If there's somthing that need fixing they go with the first person they call instead of getting quotes. If I could I would remove thos company from managing our building. Can't wait for the day I sell my.place to I don't have to try and communicate with them. Do not use these people
Very unhappy with my experience. I had an appointment with David Wong at 2 PM, but he didn't show up until 2:20 PM. I couldn't reach him by phone, and when I texted, he replied saying he would be another 10 minutes late.（actually he’s being late in total of 30 mins without any notice!) I understand that traffic can cause delays, but at the very least, he should have called to inform me. I felt completely disrespected. I do not recommend this service, especially not David Wong. Let me know if you need any further adjustments!
