Had transmission fluid changed and sparkplugs changed but not happy with the service woupd like a call from management to discuss my unhappiness with the service
Second oil change for my new Cadillac. I was too busy at work so I asked my wife to bring it in for me. When I purchased the car, I also purchased the maintenance package. This includes oil changes, tire rotations, wiper blades, and a lot of other extras. They did the oil change under this package, but tried to charge my wife for a tire rotation and a new wiper blade that they damaged. Christian Johnson is very knowledgeable and helpful. He is an excellent service advisor.
The service was excellent but they were short staffed today and my wait time was 3 hours for a simple oil change, tire rotation and multipoint check.
Excellent service. They even washed my SUV!
