I recently took my car to the service department at Macdonald Buick GM Cadillac in Moncton and had a very good experience. The staff were professional and courteous, and everything was handled smoothly. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable, and the mini café bar was a nice touch while waiting. The service was completed on time, and the whole process felt organized and customer-focused. I would definitely recommend their service department.
