This was my 4th back surgery and, by far, the best experience I have had. Dr. MacDonald was knowledgeable, skilled, and compassionate. The office staff are very efficient. I never waited to be seen in the office. I also like the fact that the appointment reminders are sent through e-mail with enough time to cancel if you need to, but not overkill with sending multiple reminders. I will recommend him to anyone who asks me. Thanks again, Dr. MacDonald, and your staff, for a wonderful experience.
