Terrible process. Cumbersome and innefective to support the community. I have visited the pharmacy no less than 12 times in 18 months and each visit is a new experience. There is some new process or issue and a simple RX pick up results in a multi-day adventure. Layer on the fact that you can't speak with a human unless you make the hour + drive to any of the pharmacies creates one of the worst pharmacy experiences I have experienced. I will be seeking pharmacy services off base. Do not recommend.

Longest wait time at any pharmacy EVER! Nice folks, but man, the wait time just ain't worth it.
The service/goods provided isn't bad but the customer service could be better from an interface perspective. That automated answering system has a voice that's about as low as a whisper. No matter how loud you turn it up, EVEN ON SPEAKERPHONE. Was an intruder/burglary in progress? Active sniper? C'mon. It's like they don't want you to hear the options. This had to have been passed off on and QA checked by several high ranking personnel. Not sure what they were trying to accomplish. FIX PLEASE! I can't imagine our older vets ... read more
