My parents planned a salmon dinner, and I'm allergic to salmon. And so, I wanted something delicious for myself. I saw Mac'D on the way to Gizmo originally, and decided to try it after time at the retrocade. The proprietor, Randy, took my order: Classic noodles, cheese, mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, and pesto chicken meatballs, large. Randy went straight to work. It took us about 25 minutes to receive our food after ordering. However, it was very tasty. I had the vegan cashew cheese on mine and it was very well done. The interior is what you might expect for a Mac and cheese/pizza restaurant, however it was very warm inside despite the temperature being in the low 60s outside and it was uncomfortable. I would come eat here again when I'm in town as long as the temperature was better controlled and the service was quicker.

I fancy myself a vegan Mac n cheese aficionado. Anywhere that offers it, I’ll order it. This is maybe the BEST I’ve ever had. The sauce to pasta ratio is perfect. It’s freshly baked (get the panko!), customizable, and is so flavorful. The owner makes the cheese himself and even gave me tips on how to improve my own recipe at home. Cannot wait to come back every time I come to Astoria!
Stopped in randomly on our way down the coast. The food was AMAZING and the service so kind. Another customer was telling us how they go out of their way to stop by anytime they are nearby… I think we will make it our go to as well.
