Terrible service the old lady at the front desk she’s so rude the company needs someone else
Receptionist was a very rude woman who kept cutting me off.
I will never buy from this company again. Why? 1. They refused to honor their 5-year warranty when the bubble window well cover that I purchased from Home Depot deemed defective within 4 months of purchasing. 2. They took very long to respond to me, and when I finally got ahold of them, their agent was very impatient and rude. 3. Their letter of explanation for why it wasn't their fault that my bubble window well cover cracked in multiple places was very rude and inconsistent with their warranty details. I called to get assistance/suggestions for installing flimsy prefab pond. Agent cut me off and was very short and rude. I was not able to get another agent. Awful product and service.
