Used Spencer to add a water softener to my partner and I’s first home. He communicated promptly and clearly throughout the entire project and helped navigate the twists you find in a century home. Even though the project scope expanded with a water shut off and replacement pipping, the cost was fair and the work done to the highest standards. Would recommend for all plumbing projects!
