Extremely Disappointed — Poor Customer Service and Overpriced Propane I was a loyal customer for years, even after the company changed ownership. Their propane prices climbed to nearly $4.75 a gallon after tax, which is extremely high compared to competitors. My real issue, though, was a missing tank gauge. Before one delivery, I checked my gauge — it was there. After the delivery, it was gone. I reported it right away and politely asked for a $24 credit (the cost of a new gauge). Tried to talk to a customer service rep ... NOT one in India or Kenya ... In USA and in Wilson, NC ... they would not put me through and would not put me through to the customer survey ... TERRIBLE service, I would recommend to find another company in thee USA!
Worst company I have ever dealt with, they say they're bringing you fuel then don't show up,then I call and was told truck ran out of fuel before they got to my house wasn't sure when they could bring some more out. Then when you call you talk to a third party company that are very hard to understand and rude,I was never late with my payment but it took forever to get fuel.And when I changed to another company they tried charging me 200 dollars for them to come pick up their own tank and I was a customer for years .
