We were staying at Longview winery and went two days in a row to the Macclesfield. We have many times with friends as we love this front bar. We love we have been to the pub outside and inside. We sooo love that the front bar has stayed the original Australian bar. We have came May times and as Scottish : Australian we have always been made welcome. Thank you to all the most amazing staff who were super friendly and made us feel sooo welcome and to the locals also. Stay who you are
Gosh, the menu, meals, costs and service are fantastic. WOW. The hotel updrade was also 5 stars. Well done to the owners.
Attended for Saturday night dinner, the snitsells either chicken or beef are huge and very tastefull. You can purchase half a snitsell like we did and it is still a big meal. Other meals viewed were of big proportions.
Great food and friendly atmosphere
Poor service . No more dinner ordering after 8pm . No where it is mentioned . 801pm sorry you can't order
