Ward 5 Staff are obnoxious and rude. Partner has been in multiple times for endo tests and a laparoscopy, staff said she was lying about the pain and symptoms, kept fobbing her off with antibiotics first for over 2 years saying its a water infection, which it wasn't clearly. Then go for the laparoscopy and before hand told she would have anything found removed during the op. Sitting in a cubicle at A&E. Arrived bleeding profusely but bleeding was only addressed after 75 mins. For the last 3.5 hours I've been left here. No one has asked how I am, and no one seems to know what is going on. The nurse station is mostly unattended. I'm in pain, thirsty, dog tired, and have had more care and support from other patients and helpers than from the staff here. Maybe this is one reason East Cheshire is so low down the league table.

The children’s a&e is a genuine disgrace, from the second I arrived at 3 o’clock with my baby who had being bitten by a dog staff was extremely useless and judgemental. When we arrived we was taken into a side room was asked mine and my husbands relation to my child then they asked what time this happened, what dog breed it was, where it was?
