I had a bad experience from this contractor where he charged twice for an exhaust fan which I was reporting as a warranty issue. As that issue ended, I may have been wrong, but he still kept one of the new fans that I have paid for. Also he refused to supply me with an electrical certificate after all work was complete and all bills were paid. My endless emails went unanswered. He would not even communicate with me.
