Had a line on a beauty 2017 Tacoma, 220 thousand kms on it. I have a long standing mistrust of dealerships so I asked two weeks in advance ( while living on haida gwaii) to get it privately inspected. Boyd agreed, the day came and he ghosted the mechanic shop ( makes me look like an idiot, and makes me highly suspicious) I go to the dealership to see what’s going on, and Boyd told me not to worry about it. All in all, not a great experience, 3/10
Such a positive experience with straight line, I flew in to pick up my rav4, and they made the whole experience so easy. They picked us up from the airport, and had everything organized so we could get on the road home quickly. Boyd was awesome, even gave us great recommendations for our drive home. Renita was also great to deal with. Car was well priced, and so far I have been very happy with it. thanks guys!
They were awesome to deal with, got my alignment done same day. They were very good with communication.
