Don't bother with this attorney. He doesn't return phone calls. He doesn't return emails. He never sent a bill. I received more information from THE OPPOSING ATTORNEY than I did from this man. If there was a zero star rating, I would use it. Maccarini certainly hasn't earned 1/5.

Hey, if you want an attorney that doesn't return your phone calls or acknowledge your emails, extends a case months after it should be settled, takes your retainer and never sends a bill, and promises you meetings and letters and consistently lets you down and months later shows no results, this is the guy for you. Don't waste your money or your time.
