I hate this place with a passion. I don’t know how the dept of health doesn’t step in and do something with how poorly run this place is. DONT GO HERE, you’re better off driving to Rochester or Jamestown.

While waiting in a room to see a physician, a white male doctor walked up to two nurses and described his experience with a non English speaking patient. Making various racist comments, while the nurses laughed? Disgusting. The only person with class around there was the X-ray tech that did my chest X-ray and the PA The lady who drew my blood Jackie : was rude and when I didn’t answer her question fast enough she lurched out her neck at me as if to make a point that I was irritating her and not going fast enough. I was seen almost immediately with a sprained ankle, contusion on face and flue symptoms. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Appropriate test were done to rule out issues after waiting to long to seek medical attention. Very thankful to the girls at the Macc.
