Anabel at CTM Property Management provided outstanding service during my recent transition. She was highly responsive and quick to assist with any questions I had. On the day of my move-out, she made sure everything was organized and executed perfectly. The property management industry would be in a much better place if there were more professionals like her. Highly recommended!!
I have been extremely disappointed with the management of the Rising Sun property since CTM took over in January. The lack of maintenance and oversight has become impossible to ignore. Trash is frequently left throughout the building, the trash chute rooms are often overflowing, and common areas are not being properly maintained. Some residents regularly allow their dogs to urinate in the hallways, and it often goes unaddressed. Just put in my notice to break my lease. 18 days without AC. Leasing agents treated me poorly. Apartment reached highest of 81 degrees and they didn’t accommodate me. Offered me a portable fan and thought that was enough. Owners didn’t want to pay for the repair said it was “out of their budget” Wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to rent from them. The owners only care about money they don’t care about their renters to say the least.
I am currently a resident at the City Plaza Apartments in Escondido, Ca! I have been a resident at this location since 2018 and all of sudden the lady that manage the building is trying to charge us a pet deposit that we paid for when we first moved in back in 2018. Also we have a gym but yet they have took away all the weights and you can’t even use the weight Machine that is in there. This is a new land lease company for our resort, never once in 25 yrs did u ever have a late fee. Well this company doesn’t went to spell it out for you just saying it’s late after the 1st, well it’s due in the 1st so I don’t think it can be late in the 2 nd. I asked them to forgive a late payment as it was confusing for many of us. They can’t do that!🤦🏼♀️ terrible customer service and a $50.00 late fee on $139 is ridiculous. Never answer their phones.
