My car was damaged at one of their properties located at 1400 S. Fig. The garage gate closed on the back of my car. I sent pictures and there were witnesses. I really thought it would be an easy fix, as you can see by the pictures there is no question as to what happened. To my surprise they refuse to pay for the repairs to my car. They actually said my car was not on their property! Unbelievable.
Unreliable mail access for 2 years now thanks to CTM who installed a locked outer door to our mailbox and never coordinated a key with USPS (which is illegal). Had to buy a door stopper myself and prop the door open every single day to receive mail. Recently missed the delivery of my passport and Real ID because the door wasn't open and accessible.
I worked there and they have a lot of good people but they have one that is an egomaniac he is a real joke the company is average and will be until September 23 2025 after that date they have the opportunity to become a real professional company.
