Apparently the last manager at 1007 chinquapin has either owners rights or doesn't need to live here with rules. 2 trucks in parking lot. Neither are registered. One dates back to 2018!!!! Another 2014. I'm very observant so what's the deal? No rules here? Like downstairs. NEighbor who starts loud tv at 9ish pm and goes to 1 to 2 am. She has a son there who has no regards for limits like 10 p.m.? Iwas told to buy ear plugs..
CTM became our new rental property management team on July 25. Got a log in to pay rent on Aug 1. I have been trying to reach them for a week now about putting in maintenance requests and unable to reach anybody across 3 platforms (rent cafe, email, phone x2 different numbers) - still no response. They write in their welcome letter ".... look forward to earning your trust through attentive serive and care. If you have any questions or just want to say hello, dont hesitate to reach us" .. ironic.
Please reach out to me before I call code enforcement on one of your properties. I’ve been living in a hot apartment and management won’t fix the problem
