CTM became our new rental property management team on July 25. Got a log in to pay rent on Aug 1. I have been trying to reach them for a week now about putting in maintenance requests and unable to reach anybody across 3 platforms (rent cafe, email, phone x2 different numbers) - still no response. Terrible management group. They took over managing my apt complex, and how they do everything is awful. Terrible/ No communication, can’t put in service requests and the app they use doesn’t let you pay the rent, I had to try at least 10 times to get it to work. They also don’t let you see your lease on the app and genuinely suck in every facet.
Apparently the last manager at 1007 chinquapin has either owners rights or doesn't need to live here with rules. 2 trucks in parking lot. Neither are registered. One dates back to 2018!!!! Another 2014. I'm very observant so what's the deal? No rules here? Like downstairs. NEighbor who starts loud tv at 9ish pm and goes to 1 to 2 am. She has a son there who has no regards for limits like 10 p.m.? Iwas told to buy ear plugs.. apparently the person's down stairs just don't understand how rude they are.
