I worked there and they have a lot of good people but they have one that is an egomaniac he is a real joke the company is average and will be until September 23 2025 after that date they have the opportunity to become a real professional company.
I'm a current tenant of a CTM apartment and my washer/dryer has been broken for 4 months and the gate to my complex has been broken (and stuck open) for 5 months. After multiple attempts to get ahold of anyone, I've resorted to just looking elsewhere for housing. They let the grass die at our complex so they can add more parking and charge for it.
