Horrible management company and customer service. Your phone calls go unanswered. It's almost impossible to reach anyone in the office. Your emails get ignored. The evening phone number for maintenance emergencies is a voicemail system. I woke up to a worker trying to open my door with no prior notice not only once but twice, the good thing is I had a ring camera to capture it all. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
1. They don’t provide the legal 24 hour written notice for entering units. 2. Our cats almost escaped because of their negligence!!!!! They provided zero notice of an exterior painting project where all our windows were suddenly opened and screens removed. This was absolutely infuriating and a miracle our fur babies didn’t escape! 3. Unreliable mail access for 3 years (was finally iust fixed, CTM installed a locked outer door to our mailbox and never coordinated a key with USPS). Very organized property management company!
This company manages a building in Ventura, CA, on Santa Clara Street. One of their units that's for lease has had the alarm going for 12 hours. When I informed them of this, they hung up on me. Nice people!
CTM became our new rental property management team on July 25. Got a log in to pay rent on Aug 1. I have been trying to reach them for a week now about putting in maintenance requests and unable to reach anybody across 3 platforms (rent cafe, email, phone x2 different numbers) - still no response. They write in their welcome letter ".... look forward to earning your trust through attentive serive and care.
