Had a very positive experience dealing with Sarah at the Macaulay Motors Service Department. Sarah was able to book our vehicle in at very short notice and the problem was accurately diagnosed and dealt with. Our Christchurch based vehicle was on its way again in no time. The experience I have had buying a vehicle from Steve Rhodes at Macaulay Motors in Queenstown recently has been second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and he even delivered the vehicle to my rural property in his holidays. I can't recommend Steve and his team more highly.
Macaulay Motors is a great place to take your vehicle for repairs and services. They ladies at the desk are lovely to deal with. They give accurate predictions on how long labor will take and when you will most probably be able to collect your vehicle. If your vehicle will take longer, they let you know ASAP. Thanks Macaulays!
