Contacted the team on Thursday last week advising my work vehicle was overdue for a service & needed an issue sorted asap. The team very kindly fit it in the same day despite being fully booked which I was not expecting & they even washed & vacuumed the vehicle. Just amazing! The lady I spoke to at reception was extremely knowledgeable (sorry I didn’t catch her name) & the service team was also unreal. Big thanks all round from Jaz @ Permobil!
Helpful staff at the service reception
Had a very positive experience dealing with Sarah at the Macaulay Motors Service Department. Sarah was able to book our vehicle in at very short notice and the problem was accurately diagnosed and dealt with. Our Christchurch based vehicle was on its way again in no time. Well done to Sarah and the Service department.
The experience I have had buying a vehicle from Steve Rhodes at Macaulay Motors in Queenstown recently has been second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and he even delivered the vehicle to my rural property in his holidays. I can't recommend Steve and his team more highly.
