I have just had my Mazda serviced with Macaulay Mazda and could not be more impressed. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable and had a genuine interest in all things cars which meant that their service came from a place that was more than just about doing a job. Andy's eagle eyes during the servicing picked up a potential tow bar wiring problem in the making and fixed it before it caused me any grief. All in all, a great experience with the team and I highly recommend them.
I have regularly been getting my 2015 Mazda serviced here and have always been met with good service and has been helpful for things like recalls etc I wouldn't have otherwise known about and quick access to Mazda parts. I recently raised a concern with the service centre around a Mazda specific issue my car was experiencing that I had noticed a few other people having experienced through online reading. I just want to say the team at Macaulay were fantastic. I got my car serviced a few months back and they were so amazing and so friendly they even cleaned my car which was awesome. Cannot recommend them enough.
