I love their online banking. What is important in a bank? I guess everyone may have a different answer to that and that is why there are 100 different banks in Holland. I have been a memeber of Macatawa bank for 7 years and have always been quite pleased with them. I really enjoy their online banking. It is great for traveling abroad and keeping track of your finances.
Great people to handle your money. My expierences with this bank are amazing. Always a friendly smile when entering the front doors. You don't have to even worry about them losing any of your money. They don't make mistakes (atleast with my expierence).
Amazing Customer Service While I typically use the Knapp's Corner location, from time to time I will use the downtown bank. This location does not have adequate parking or an atm. However, they are building a new location just down the street. Also, when I mentioned the inadequate parking, the bank manager offered to securely pick up my deposits from my home! She was serious and while I appreciated the offer, I did not take her up on it. The point is, Macatawa Bank goes the distance when it comes to customer service.
