Great Service!
I stopped to this bank today to change in hundred dollar bills for smaller bills. This was for a charity golf outing for tomorrow.After waiting nearly 5 minutes while two other employees of the bank watched me stand in line. I was told that I had to be a customer of the bank to be able to get change for $100 bills. I have never heard of something so stupid in my life. I was trying to get change for a charity golf outing.
I have always had positive interactions here! PHENOMENAL customer service. They are very accommodating and always value the customers needs.
Only bank I know of that doesn't charge a fee to cash their own check written to a non-Macatawa customer. I think that's fair. They know if the money is in a customer's account there should never be a fee
