Great work by Craig and team. My brand new Kluger met with an accident in April 2026 and my insurance team has given the job to Mccarthy & Norris. The fix was done completely and its a like brand new car after collection today. Really appreciate the efforts and the admin (Amanda) kept me updated on a timely basis with progress of the vehicle. Team was very helpful and transparent with the whole process getting the car repaired. Would highly recommend
Weeks of delays for sub-par work. Poor workmanship, constant excuses, and little to no communication unless chased. Completely unacceptable for a car repair company. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY GO ELSEWHERE
