Rude customer service
Had 2 surgeries with Dr Haghighi wasn’t happy with the first surgery stupidity went back for second surgery with him and didn’t fixed the initial problem infact it’s worst than before.. he keeps claiming it was because of my body anatomy but as a professional if he can’t do what I wanted he shouldn’t have done it instead of keep blaming me on my anatomy.. totally disappointed and felt he is more interested in getting as many patients as possible thru the door of his clinic and not really care about the end results. I have been visiting this practice since it opened and previously at Campbelltown. I have never experienced anything but positive assistance from all the team.

The receptionist here a rude snappy have a tone. They wouldn’t know what empathy is or how to empathise with a customer, so after not doing their job right and not taking down notes they accuse me of fabricating my call, and said that I had never contacted them if I didn’t know who I spoke to, this place is unprofessional, very unwelcoming, avoid at all costs
