I found the ladies at reception very pleasant, I didn't wait long to see the doctor and Dr Matthew to be a great bloke, made me feel very comfortable and explained things in an easy to understand manner. I don't understand the bad reviews unless they have removed the rude receptionists since, my experience was pretty chill.
Rude customer service
Had 2 surgeries with Dr Haghighi wasn’t happy with the first surgery stupidity went back for second surgery with him and didn’t fixed the initial problem infact it’s worst than before.. he keeps claiming it was because of my body anatomy but as a professional if he can’t do what I wanted he shouldn’t have done it instead of keep blaming me on my anatomy.. totally disappointed and felt he is more interested in getting as many patients as possible thru the door of his clinic and not really care about the end results.
