Fantastic service before and during buying a new vehicle but absolutely horrible after care and service department. Do not recommend at all. Go elsewhere.
Attended Suzuki Narellan and spoke with Mark in sales regarding selling my used 40,000km Jimny. Mark was quick to have an inspection of the vehicle, complimenting a few cosmetic features before heading to the showroom floor. I sat with Mark and discussed finances. Mark told me there would be a few expenses which is to be expected, however Mark then contradicted himself by stating those expenses wouldn’t apply to this tidy car.
