Boxing Day 2025, walked in to have a look at some maroon Samba’s as a gift for my wife, and was immediately greeted by a pretty and super friendly no-bs staff member by the name of Kristelle. If I could give 0 start I would. Walked in today and interested to buy a pair runners as they were on sale. Walked in and at the time I was the only customer. 2 ladies at the front counter were too busy chatting and looked at me and continue to chat away instead of greeting and ask if I need help. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and told myself I will give them few minutes. They still rather to chat than to do their job. I walked out and went somewhere else and gave them my money.
Today I came in to buy sneakers and was welcomed by a lady with black hair wearing a white outfit. She brought me different shoe sizes and had such a great vibe – very professional and friendly. The reason I decided to buy from your store was because of her. I don’t know her name, but it was today at around 4 PM. Huge thanks to this lady!
