My husband and I were so disappointed with the service we received from Alan Evans Jewellers. We took five rings in to be resized and got four back. When I dropped the rings off at the shop Alan examined them and commented that the solitaire diamond ring needed the claws fixed and said “It’s a wonder you haven’t lost the diamond “.
