I’ve never done physiotherapy ever so I was clueless on who to go to for my acl tear rehab. I got referred to Daniel by a friend. Honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made going to Daniel who takes extreme care with extensive knowledge. Pre surgery rehab I was able to go from crutches to walking in 3-4 weeks which was fast. I’ve just currently finished my six months worth of physio and I have to honestly say the team here is remarkable from Hayley the receptionist through to the physiotherapist themselves . They are all very professional, understanding and eager to see you succeed it really shows that they clearly care a lot for their patients. I was lucky enough to see Thomas, Daniel and Mitch and I know I would definitely recommend every single one of them to others that are in need.
The receptionists are very rude, we had to wait more than 3 hours to be attended. My friend had surgery in her leg, she was having pain seated in a normal chair, a neglect with the patient!
When I started at Mac sports focus physio I was hunched over and couldn't stand up straight. From my very first session there was a massive difference. After around 3 months I was completely back to normal. I can't thank Edward enough for what he did to manage my pain. Edward was amazing but everyone that works here is so kind and welcoming so thank you to everyone that makes this place so homey.
