I was very hesitant about seeing a relationship counsellor but quickly felt at ease with Karen. Karen helped me though a very difficult time in my life, helped me become a better father and given me the tools to continue to grow into a better happier version of myself. I would highly recommend Karen to any couple or single who are struggling with their relationship or stresses in their lives.
Karen is beyond incredible. I saw her regularly over 2 years during a traumatic and confusing time in my life. She goes beyond the listening and into the delving. She taught me WHY I was responding in certain ways and gave me strategies to deal with challenging situations. I now have the skills to move forward in life-happy and in a healthy relationship. I will forever be indebted to Karen’s skill, her compassion and her deep knowledge of how people work. Oh, and she still is a GREAT listener at the appropriate time 😉
